Entirely handmade box.
Interior of box tray measures 8" long by 2-5/8" wide by 1-1/2" deep.
Made with book binding techniques.
Paper: by 7Gypsies, Zanzibar collection - Asmara
Drop spine design.
Lid held shut with hidden strong magnets.
100% archival.

I make my boxes from scratch. The structure is book board. I recess a small strong magnet into the front edge of the box. Another strong magnet is aligned and recessed into the box lid. The spine of the box is 'drop' (not glued to the tray). The magnets hold it tightly shut.

The pencil photo is for a sense of scale.
