TUFTED PUFFIN original linocut hand colored bird block print

Description

This is an original hand-carved linocut print by Chandler O'Leary, depicting the Tufted Puffin, a seabird of the North Pacific, in its breeding plumage. It was letterpress printed by hand on soft-white Rives Lightweight paper, on an antique Vandercook cylinder press. It was then hand-painted with watercolor. Each print is numbered and signed by the artist, and embossed with the Anagram Press insignia.

This print is part of an in-progress series entitled "Flock," an exploration of avian portraiture. Look for more prints soon—collect them all!
