THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE INITIAL TAG AND ONE BIRTHSTONE-the second to last photo is for example only.
* All birthstones are genuine with the exception of the April birthstone which is Diamond. To maintain an affordable price, a Cubic Zirconia bead has been substituted.
