Little Moose Diapers Covers are made using 2 mil PUL (polyurethane laminate). FOE (Fold Over Elastic)securely keeps messes contained. Adjustable closure using Aplix 800 with cross over tabs provides for a longer fit. The laundry tabs stay secure during washings to prevent catching on the FOE and causing fraying.
