Blue Purple Nunofelt Silk Wrap

Description

Nunofelted iridescent silk wrap made with merino wool roving and silk. This wrap has two layers of silk which have been felted together with merino wool.

Each scarf is unique, there will be variations in pattern.

I make all of my silk and wool scarves using a technique called nuno felting, which is a type of wet felting. Soap, hot water, and agitation bind the fibers together.

I use merino wool and a variety of silks in my scarves.

The actual colors can vary slightly from what you see on your monitor. Each monitor is different and therefore they all show colors differently.

All items are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received, unless otherwise indicated. I use priority shipping on all items. If you want your package insured, please contact me. I cannot be responsible for any lost shipments.

Care:
Handwash in cool water and gentle soap.
Gently press and let water drain away.
Do not place in washing machine.
Rinse in cold water to remove washing liquid.
Dry flat or hang from center and pull to shape.
