ETHNIC FABRIC ~ VELVET ~ LACE

Vintage 1970s striking maxi skirt!

A patchwork A-line with an elasticized waist, constructed of panels of woven wool in red/orange/brown & creamy white, dark red cotton velvet & creamy white crochet over red cotton, an attached white cotton slip with lace hem, 2 big decorative abalone shell buttons just below the waist at the left side front & a sash belt.

Label reads Chessa Davis.

Tagged S but more like a medium to large, please check measurements for best fit:
15" across waist laid flat, will stretch to 18"
23" across hips laid flat
37 7/8" long
77 1/2" around the hem.

Overall excellent vintage condition, two repairs to the crochet in 2 panels on the back of the skirt, more noticeable in the pix than in real life.
