This work was created using a mixture of photography and encaustic wax techniques. The photo is layered with bee's wax and accented with oil paint. Therefore it has depth. It is painted on wood and measures 6"x6"x1.5". This painting would work well on a mantel or display shelf or as a main art piece on a small wall. Each piece is made to order, therefore the piece we send will vary slightly from the photos.
