This is a Complete Fairy Outfit for girls 1-10 yrs (Aprox.)Altered Fairy Wings and Tutu, you can create your items adding some glimmering shinning rhinestones and other embellishments.
Wings are light weight and attached as a backpack with elastic loop to be put around the arms.
Tutu is double layer with lots of rose petals.
