Ruched 70s floral top with lacy collar
Description
Tan and blue floral 70s top. Has a nice lacy collar. The chest is made up of fully functioning ruching. I say this because sometimes ruching can wear out over time, but this is in great shape. I think this top is actually a girls dress, but it makes a very cute top. The sleeves each have elastic at the wrists. The waist ties at the back. Zips down back, past waist line.Mint condition.
