- I spun this soft, smooth sock yarn on my Schacht Matchless spinning wheel. It has enough yardage for a pair of socks, but you could also use it for a scarf, or a pair of mitts. Perfect for knitting, crochet, or weaving projects.

This yarn will felt. If you do not wish your project to felt, handwash in cool water and lay flat to dry.

Handspun yarns are unique and are not the same as mill spun yarns. A slight variation in thickness throughout the skein is characteristic of handspun yarn and is not considered a defect.
