Odette - Original Woodblock Print

Description

Odette is standing in her garden, looking out across the feilds. Perhaps she sees her husband's ship coming home or a friend arriving for a visit.
This is an 3/4original hand-pulled, hand carved woodblock print printed on an etching press. I used lamp black Daniel Smith ink on Stonehenge paper. This print is hand painted to add some color - with Twinkling H2Os - which have a bit of sparkle in them. Signed and titled by me, the artist. It's marked A/P for artist's print since it's hand colored, it's one of a kind... I often vary the color when hand painting.

Paper size is 6 3/4 x 6 3/4"

*The first image is the 'Autumn version' with a darker sky and red/orange leaves. I imagine she feels a storm coming her way!
The other choice is a light blue sky - with more of a spring/summer look.
