Sweet Strawberry Necklace, Fine Silver

Thanks to a generous Christmas gift from my parents, I am now exploring the art of making PMC silver jewelry. PMC uses recycled film negatives (safe for our use) to become beautiful jewelry.

This is a sweet strawberry silver pendant hung on a silver chain with a red drop glass bead. I stamped the strawberry with a custom stamp then fired it in a kiln, which magically turned the material to solid .999 fine silver.

I brushed, polished, burnished, and gave it a light patina. It has a shiny, delicate finish and a nice weight (remember, it is SOLID fine silver :)). The chain is about 16" long.

Comes in a box ready for gift giving!
