Fairy or Elf Doll, Waldorf inspired

Description

This fairy doll – maybe a forget-me-not fairy - from the woods of Merrydale, is small but so friendly!

This doll is suitable for children 4 years old and older. (It is too small for a younger child).
She could be a sweet gift for older children and adults too.

While she really wants to be a special friend to someone, she could also be a delightful addition to your nature corner or a decoration for your table on special occasions.
Together with a flowering plant she would make a caring gift for someone who is ill.

The fairy is 16 cm (6 inches) from bottom of body to top of head (not counting the hat).
The body and hat are made of soft cotton velour (80% cotton/20% polyester – the polyester is the backing).
The doll is stuffed with 100% new, clean, carded sheep's wool.
The “skin” colour is light and is of cotton knit. The eyes are blue. The eyes and mouth are embroidered with cotton floss.
She has plaits/braids of blonde wool yarn.
The wings are of wool felt.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS
Surface hand-wash by rubbing with a wet cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a wet cloth or carefully under running cold water. Dry with a towel and leave to air dry away from heat.
