Gourd Vase With Horses

Description

For the collectors of fine art hard shell gourds, I just finished this vase featuring horses done in pyrography and a glowing sun done in metal leaf. The brim is decorated with sissal and is highlighted with a medallion made from a real buffalo head nickel.

Gourds sit best on a soft piece of fabric or a gourd stand or a wreath. (Stand not included).

There are some flattened marbles in the bottom to add stability.

For use as a sculpture or you can put dried or silk flowers in it. It is not capable of holding water or liquids however.

Finished with a clear spray for extra durability.
No patterns were used so you will not see these horses anywhere else. This is a one of a kind vase about 9" tall and 6" wide.
