Home Sweet Home Lampshade

Description

Home is where the heart is! This delightful lampshade was created from a sweet vintage tea towel. It has a house, tree, and birds on it in a lovely cross stitched pattern which adorns one panel on the shade. The other three panels were made with a pink and white damask Michael Miller fabric. It's a perfect addition to a cottage or shabby chic decor. Truly one of a kind!

The inside frame as been hand wrapped in grosgrain ribbon with the outside panels finished in a white matelasse fabric. The top has been trimmed with a pink rick rack and the bottom is finished with a white pom pom and a trim made from the same damask fabric.
This lampshade has a clip for a regular size light bulb. (Bulb not included).

Due to the nature of some of the vintage, antique, salvaged & recycled materials that I use, some “flaws” are inherent. These add character and charm, which only enhances the beauty of each piece.
