Bumpy

Description

Thrown on the wheel, Spring, 2009 - bisque fired, then colored slip "dots" were added, and the piece was dipped in shino glaze. The colored slip pieces lifted up in spots creating a really fun texture!

Approximately 4-3/4" diameter x 2-1/2" high

It's the surprises in life that make it worth living - this is one of my favorite bowls and I hope that I can help it find a new home where it will make others happy. It's perfect for a small bowl of soup or ice cream,and is hand wash safe. The only caviat I have is that the little popped off dots are a little sharp - and a little fragile - I don't think the pieces are going to fall off all over, but with time they might fall - so I just want to be sure to mention it. :) Feel free to ask any questions about this or any other piece.
