The Doll is not just a doll for decoration but she (he) is made to work ‘with you’ and increase your personal well being and mental wellness.

That is very simple … by doing an affirmation exercise.

The affirmation exercise helps you to:

* feel positive about yourself
* be more relaxed and less stressed
* be more balanced on an emotional level
* be positive about your life
* not focus on negative things you encounter

The Doll wants you to believe in yourself so you will become a strong and positive person. Even in times when things are not going the way they are supposed to go … this Good-do Doll can help you feel better.

Working with affirmations is easy. The affirmation exercise needs to be done on a daily basis for a certain amount of days. It is a moment for yourself and you might see it as a 5 minute meditation. Short but powerful.

Each Doll comes with:
- crème colored cotton bag
- special manual that explains in detail how to work with the doll and do the exercise
- a list of ready-to-use affirmations. Of course you are free to use your own.
- a so called “mala”. This is a string of wooden prayer beads to keep track of the counting while doing the affirmation.
