Hand-Felted Pansy Scarf With Lace Trim (Made to Order)

Description

A strikingly feminine scarf made in several intricate stages. I create the body of the scarf first, using a creamy, off-white wool delicately felted to strips of lace trim. I then make the pansies from two rich, blue wool colors and give them life by adding white tencel fibers that create the veins in the petals. The trim is also made from wool that was rolled into a rope of sorts and then felted onto the scarf.

Dimensions:
This piece is approximately 56"(l) x 5"(w)

Care:
May be washed (very gently) by hand in cold water and laid flat to dry.

Please note: This piece is made to order and will take approximately 2 weeks to complete. Slight variations in color and design may occur as a result of hand-felting.
