The day blend consists of Rosemary (enhances memory and concentration), lemon (uplifting and improves performance), and Sweet Basil (also a mental stimulant) all in a base of fractionated coconut oil.The night blend is made of olive oil infused with relaxing herbs and essential oils of lavender, chamomile, rose, mugwort and clary sage to help you fall asleep.
