There is no date on the envelope, but the pattern is from the 1940s.

THIS PATTERN IS MISSING THE SHOULDER PAD PIECE. All other pattern pieces and instructions are present and correct. Pattern pieces, like all Vogue patterns of this period, are pre-cut to size and unprinted, with markings indicated by perforations (explained in the instructions). A couple of pieces have a couple of small tears at the edges (I'd simply pin these in place) but are otherwise in good condition.
The envelope is in good condition although has wear and tearing to the top right corner and flap.
