U-Pick Pumpkins

U-Pick! White, orange or black! You'll get three pumpkins and U-Pick which color each of the pumpkins will be.
These pumpkins are adorable and would be a great decoration.

I make these pumpkins using sheep wool from local farms. All have been needle felted with wool that I bought from fellow Spinner's Flock members. The Spinner's Flock is a Fiber Artist guild right here in Michigan and many of the members have their own sheep flock. The sheep are lovingly cared for and kept very clean and the wool is usually hand-dyed. All the pumpkins are needle felted. This involves taking a barbed needle and wool roving and punching the roving hundreds of times so the fibers intertwine and become solid.

The vines are wooly sheep locks washed and dyed. The stems are from Llama's fiber.

Each pumpkin is about 3" tall and about 3" wide when finished.
