When I think of Tennessee one color always comes to mind, orange. Yes, we have beautiful Fall foliage on the sides of the mountains but the orange I'm talking about is football orange! Tennessee orange is everywhere and worn with pride. The gem in this ring is that intense orange. It is a Fire Opal and it just glows. It's more about the inner light in this gem than the sparkle. At 6mm and .70 carats, it's perfect for everyday and game day wear.

The sterling silver band is handmade. A thick silver bar is placed on either side of the Fire Opal. A twisted rope circles the band. I have a few more Fire Opals in other shapes if you would like me to design a ring just for you. Life is too short to wear ordinary jewelry!

This ring is a size 6.5.
