Knitting Needles and Yarn Earrings in Blue

Description

Fraternal earrings are like fraternal twins – not identical, but still a pair! This pair features a tiny pair of knitting needles and a wee ball of blue yarn.

These earrings are named “Knit the Knot Known” after Judy Grahn’s poem. Both knitting needles and yarn are handmade by me: the “needles” are fashioned out of toothpicks with bead accents, and the “yarn” is a hand-twisted ball of blue color-coated copper wire.

The ear hooks in this listing are sterling silver. (Surgical steel ear hooks are also available – please contact me for that custom option if you don't see them listed in the shop.)

These earrings are available in a variety of colors, as seen in the final picture: green, silver, blue, magenta pink, and black. This listing is for one pair in the BLUE color. Because each pair of earrings is handcrafted individually, please note that there will be slight variations in the wire work. The wooden bead tops used on the “knitting needles” may also vary slightly from the pictures.
