SALE Vintage 20s 30s Peach Semi Wrap Art Deco Dress Size Medium

Description

This beauty is probably from the late 20's early 30's in a peach rayon (maybe silk). The front is an unusual wrap styling where long sections in the front crosses over to the back creating sort of a belt in the back, which hook and eye together covering the waist seam. Front also as pointed seams over the bust line and curved gored pieces inset into the hip line. Unlined, hook and eyes on left side for ease of wear.

Dress is fairly undamaged. Small dirt/rub spot on waist wrap on left side, and on dress front side on left, minor dirty water spot smaller than 1/4" on left shoulder, some minor pin holes on the sash where it looks like a broach was pinned there (near the dirty rub spot - possibly tarnish from the broach?), and some loose threads at the low neck possibly the overlap was hand tacked close. Seams all in very good condition and this would be (I think) an easy dress to make a pattern off of.

Measurements (taken w/ garment flat on floor) are aprox: Bust 36", Waist 32", Hips 41", across back 15", length from center neck back to hem 48".
