Hand Spun Art Yarn

Here is a hand spun art yarn, spun by me from hand dyed merino wool dyed by the Yarn Wench. This is color "Plumgrove". This skein has novelty yarn snippets spun in with the wool and is plied with a lime green thread. Shades of green - both dark and light olive, chartreuse, and shades of plum purple with a little burgundy.

This is one of my favorite colorways to spin and I have spun it often, but this batch is a bit different - much more focused on the purple and green shades.

PLEASE NOTE - I'm having trouble getting the colors to look right - the bright fuzzy green yarn is really more of a chartruese-y green and not quite as bright as it appear in the photos. I will try and retake pictures in better light soon!
