ROMANTIC WEDDING CAKE TOPPER, BIRD COUPLE, HANDCRAFTED, HEIRLOOM QUALITY

Description

This auction is for a wonderful little wedding cake topper featuring two pale yellow chicks in love. The groom is wearing a crown and the bride boasts little vintage roses. The chicks are made of 100% wool with glass eyes and handmade, heart shaped feet. The chicks sit atop a paper mache base painted with creamy white acrylic paint. All ribbon, flowers, trim and embellishments are authentic vintage stock from the 1930's and 40's. The vintage green and mauve coloring of this piece would be just beautiful topping your wedding cake.
From the base to the top of the crown measures about 4". The diameter of the base is also 4". This piece comes with my signature and is dated. Please email me with any questions you might have.
