Etched Metals Earrings
Description
My latest design! To me, these earrings look like flower buds, but they could be anything, I just like their look. I've etched the copper and brass, soldered the sterling ring onto the brass, then riveted that to the copper (which had been heated to form the red oxide that won't come off with regular wear.) Phew! That was a run on sentence! Also, I twisted s.silver wire around the ring. Anyway, it was a labor of love. About 1 7/8" long from the top of the hook. Sterling earwires.Added on Oct 06, 2009
