Circus Ragdolly Tutu MiniDress

Description

You'll be the talk of the part in this pretty one-of-a kind dress. I can recreate the style, but I have no more of these exact fabrics.

The bodice is black stretch velvet with appliqued red shiny 'balloons'. The gathered skirt is 3 layers - black velvet, red lace and printed 100% cotton. The hemlines have been carefully cut to become more ragdolly-ish with time. The top has ruffled elastic trim and straps and a bow and button finish.
It's long enough to wear as a minidress, but short enough to wear tutu style with leggings. Will fit XS or S, but please check the measurements for the fit you like best.
