FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS.

We get lots of queries on a daily basis so here are a couple of answers the the most frequent queries. Hope they help with your purchase.

• SHIPPING ?
How long will my item take to arrive?
We generally ship out all items within a 48hour period, Irish Post typically takes about 5-10working days to arrive from Ireland to the US and about 4-7days to arrive from Ireland to Europe. ( public holidays such as Christmas/Patricks Day etc can slow up the postal times by a couple of days)

• PROCESSING ?
We tend to jump on orders on a daily basis and endeavour to have all items processed and packaged within 48hours. We are not in the studio at weekends so please allow items purchased on a Friday to go out on Mon/Tue. Items of a custom nature such as a made to measure/different color not in stock may take an additional day to process.

• RETURNS/REFUNDS ?
As with most Independent businesses trading online its not feasible to accept returns or issue refunds. We take super care in processing your order, we package it with love and care, and ship out within very reasonable shipment times in an effort to make happy transactions all round. Please don't hesitate to contact us if your unsure about an item in advance of purchase, we would prefer to help you with a confident purchase in advance of placing an order and shipping one of our pieces around the world.

• WHERE IS MY ITEM COMING FROM ?
We are proud to say that all items are made with love by myself Bonzie and my Auntie Ger in our homebased design studios in the South of Ireland. We enjoy mailing our pieces around the world for you!

• DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Bonzie currently only offers ready to wear items as seen in our current collections in our store. We no longer accept requests for custom designs but are very happy to hear from those would like to enquire about our items in another color/shade or perhaps a different sleeve length or another size.

• Can you make this bolero in my size?
We are delighted to offer our clients most of our boleros in a range of sizes, generally 0-14 US sizing. We require the following information from you if you would like to place an order for one of our boleros in your own size, these will best ensure a super fit for you.
-bust measurement in inches
-bra size
-clothing size (please specify US or UK sizing)
-upper back measurement in inches ( we have a pic to help you with this just ask. ;)

• Can you make another designers bolero for me?
We are very keen to upkeep the integrity of our brand and that includes respecting other designers on Etsy too. We prefer not to accept requests from folks who wish to have another etsy sellers/designers items copied or duplicated. Thank you for understanding.

• Can I use your designs elsewhere?
We design and develop all the designs, look, feel and theme of our Bonzie brand. A lot of hard work and sacrifice goes into creating the overall package, we would appeal to other crafters in the community to respect our copyrights and intellectual property. Imitations and copies hurt the whole crafting community on the whole, they tend to dilute uniqueness.
