Heliotrope Earrings

Description

I find it very interesting that 'Heliotrope is among the handful of "half-mourning" colors worn by Victorians during the last stage of mourning.'

Surely these cheerful little earrings would never suggest something so morbid...unless you are gothic and like it that way.

Amethyst and alexandrite-celsian colored czech glass flowers are nestled together in clusters of three and hang gracefully from extra large brass kidney earwires. My design features a tiny brass jumpring which keeps any of the wire-wrapped flowers from slipping off the earwires.

These earrings measure approximately 3.5 inches in length. When hanging, the helitrope clusters are approximately 1 inch wide. Gift box and ribbon included.
