Antique lace, in a soft, ivory color has been sewn haphazardly across the ribbon. Deep eggplant color satin ribbon is ruched at each end of the 7" velvet cuff. A 27" strand of vintage, jet black cotton velvet ribbon makes this cuff extremely versatile. It can be worn as a traditional wrist cuff, choker or around your ankle. Dark, and mysterious, this cuff is OOAK.
