Description

This unique, one of a kind paper mum ring is made from a 3/8" fringed strip of quilling paper. The cuts are approximately 1/32" apart. The mum flower is 1" in diameter and it is attached to a silver tone adjustable ring. The end of the ring meets under the pad and is hidden.

Shimmering paper: yellow, red (sort of pinkish), aqua, green, white, violet
