The Friendship Candle

Description

A candle with springs of pennyroyal and lavender meant to symbolze friendship and good times.
This candle measures 3 3/4 inches tall (9.5cm) and 2 3/4 inches wide (7cm).

The Salvaged Story:
This candle was created for DoodleStar's Thursday Sweet Treat Blog http://thursdaysweettreat.blogspot.com/
for the "Believe in Magic" theme.
We were encouraged to create something that brought to mind the magic of a good friendship and while I created this candle with a specific friend in mind it works well for a lot of people I think. Two herbs skirt around a red core which could represent anything from love to red wine.
The red core is more visible than I'd like so this is an oops sale item. If you just burn the candle a little you'd never know the difference but as it is now it looks a bit silly!
