True Blue 80s Upcycled Skirt

I think it's 1981 all over again with this upcycled a-line skirt!

There are diagonal swishes of of color prancing over the fabric in shades of blue, purple, gold, green.

A fantastic & flattering cut. This a-line skirt can be worn a couple inches below you're natural waistline or have it sit right on it, depending on your preferences... compare your measurments to this below. The model is wearing it in a 1X high up on her hips at her natural waist, super cute!

Teriffic with or without tights. There is a blue vintage 7" zipper on the side seam.

The skirt is full and sweeps ever so nicely over narrow or fuller hips.
