2010 letterpress Calendar- Burrowing Owl
Description
It's here, the 2010 limited edition letterpress Burrowing Owl Calendar (whew, that was a mouthful). What a great way to bring in the new year and live through the next.The calendar is letterpress printed using hand carved multiple block linocuts and handset movable type on recycled "chipboard", printed with a Vandercook SP-20 and a C&P 8x12 in an offblack and deep red inks. The calendar pages were custom designed and printed on 100% recycled paper. It measures 11" x 15" with rounded corners and a hole punch at the top for hanging.
These were printed in a limited edition of 42 calendars. Each are signed and numbered on the back.
