Satin Gold Sparkler Star Urchin Ornament - 4-inch Modern Paper Polish Porcupine

Star Urchins are my modern adaptation of a traditional Polish porcupine ornament. To me they look like stars or sea urchins, so I call them Star Urchins! I make each Star Urchin completely by hand, and each one has 80 hand-formed points! My family has been making them for over half a century and my many years of practice produces a very neat ornament. They are delicate and celestial, take patience and a little while to make. Great to use as a decoration anywhere you want to add an interesting conversation piece, or hang them on a Christmas tree with your other special Christmas ornaments.

This is a listing for ONE 4-INCH Satin Gold Sparkler Star Urchin ornament/decoration made from a delicate satin gold-colored paper. I call my glittered Star Urchins Sparklers. I've hand dipped each point separately in fine gold glitter - labor intensive, but oh so sparkly! They add even more sparkle to lighted Christmas trees!

Each Star Urchin comes in a protective clear plastic box (like that pictured) that can also double as a gift box, and has a loop for hanging.

I recommend 3-inch, 4-inch and 5-inch Star Urchins for average-size Christmas trees. Please use the conversation feature ("convo" me) if you are interested in a different size, or a color that you don't see here.
