Cherry Blossoms Pink Glass Top-Whorl drop Spindle

Description

This top-whorl spindle is a beautiful and unique way to make your own yarn. I make each spindle by hand and test each one for balance and spinability.

The whorl is 50mm across and made of glass that is a peachy pink colored, semi-opaque and stunning! I have yet to break or chip mine despite many drops on my test spindle. However, because this is glass, I wouldn't recommend spinning this over a surface that didn't have a rug or a carpet. It weighs .8 oz. The shaft is 9" and made out of wood that has been lacquered with a pretty cherry blossom design. The hook is brass and is sturdy enough so that it will not misshape if you drop it.
