Black and Blue has never looked so good! This stunning TuTu skirt is ready for Ballet, Raves, or even Anime Cosplay!The main fabric is soft black tulle. Some is trimmed with Electric Blue thread. All of it is hand-cut and ruffled. I even added a few pieces of ragged blue cotton bondage straps.
It's stitched to the cotton/elastic waistband. It's never tied so it's safe for the washing machine and dryer. This will be your favorite skirt for a long time.
