Vintage 1970's dress for Prom or Party.
This has skinny spaghetti straps and tie belt.
Four floating panels create the skirt
The fabric is a sheer, floating black fabric with fine silver mylar thread. It is fully lined in a shiny black jersey knit.

bust = 35" - 37" around

skirt = 38" wide hem, measured flat on table
