Primitive Elegance Squared Earrings

Description

Another dazzling pair of earrings!

These earrings were created using polymer clay square beads,and copper wire. The design on the discs was created using the Japanese metal working technique, mokume gane, adapted to polymer clay. Black colored rivets and oxidized copper wire accent the earrings.

A thin coat sealant has been applied, giving the earrings a delicate gloss.

These earrings measure approx. 2"L (5cm) in total length, from the top of the ear wire. The ear wire is 14k gold plated (copper base). Each bead is slightly over 1/2" squared (1.25cm).
