This sale is for new take on one of our popular designs - we've taken our RAINBOW SURPRISE tutu and added little tulle bows to the ends of the top layers for a super frilly petti-tutu look!

This tutu is PERFECT for birthday celebrations. With its array of bright colors, it will coordinate with just about anything! Embellished with a turquoise satin ribbon bow and a bright hot pink daisy bloom, this tutu is a total PARTY! The bloom is on a grosgrain ribbon-lined alligator clip so you can remove it and use in her hair, a hat, etc. This particular design will look great in those special birthday photographs.

Our tutus are made with yards upon yards of the softest tulle (made in the USA) for a very full and beautiful look. We use 1 inch non-roll elastic waistbands to prevent twisting and top it off with a double-faced satin ribbon bow (made in the USA). The non-roll elastic will stretch 2 - 3 inches for growth.

This tutu can be custom made for sizes Newborn through 5, up to 12" long. Please specify your size of choice upon checkout.
