This lotion is a safe and good for you alternative! This, is a softening lotion full of vitamins and anti-oxidants. With the light scent of Lavender and Lemon, accented with the light citrus Pure Essential Oil Red Mandarin & Vanilla Boosted Extract. My first though when making this lotion was, "This reminds me of those Lemon Girl Scout Cookies!"

Ingredients:

Organic Lavender Infusion: This anti-infectious, antiseptic and tonic effect is very useful in clearing up problem and acne skin, while helping to sort out skin blemishes, calming, toning and revitalizing the skin. Powerful, yet mild antiseptic.

Natural Rice Bran Oil: Rice Bran is full of antioxidants, such as Vitamin E, ferulic acid, linolic acid, oleic acid, palmitic acid and oryzanol. The oil acts as both a carrier and emollient and is available in several forms: extract, oil and wax. Used throughout the world in a variety of cosmetics, especially those that treat dry, mature skin.

Natural Kokum Butter: Often under-rated, Kokum Butter is beneficial compounds that help to regenerate skin cells. It’s commonly used in skin healing lotions, creams and body butters, as well as soaps, cosmetics and toiletries.

Natural Mango Butter: Protects against the sun’s UV rays. Mango Butter is an emollient with healing and regenerative properties and is a good source of essential fatty acids. Mango Butter can be used to replace paraffin-based emollients.

Steric Acid (a vegetable derived essential fatty acid used to bind water & oil, also an essential fatty acid)

Emulsifying Wax

Optiphen (a paraben and formaldehyde-free preservative)

Organic Red Mandarin Pure Essential Oil: Antiseptic, antispasmodic, carminative, digestive, diuretic, sedative, stimulant, tonic. Uplifting!

Organic Lavender Pure Essential Oil: Inflammation, Cuts, Wounds, Eczema, Dermatitis, Fights Bacteria & Infections. Calming & Soothing. Anti-depressant.

Organic Lemon Pure Essential Oil: Stimulates the white corpuscles in the body which help to fight infection. Lightens skin (dark spots). Also a bactericide. Energizing, Stimulating.

Vanilla Boosted Extract: Calming and soothing.
