Well, they're not REALLY pants... they're better! They're just the legs, which you can attach to any garter belt (not included). Wear 'em with boy shorts or a sexy skirt! Aside from just being darn cute, they're super convenient at shows and festivals because you don't have to take off your pants to go to the bathroom, thereby messing up your skirt, your belt and every other thing you're wearing OVER your pants.. and worrying about dragging your pants all over the floor. You Just wear your boyshorts over your garter belt, and then those are the only thing you need to pull down! These rocked on the Playa, I wore nothing but legs all week :) These are about 31 inches long and about 23 inches around the thigh with plenty of stretch. The top of the thigh is unfinished... with black you can't tell and this way they become height adjustable because you can fold them over. The fabric is a soft, stretchy black cotton spandex.
