Halloween Tutu

Description

Perfect tutu for Halloween. It adds to any witch costume. This tutu is black tulle with orange ribbon.

The waist measures approx 16 inches, which can fit up to a 19 in waist. The length of the tutu is approx 12 in long.

My daughter will be wearing a similar tutu for her witch costume but this size does not fit her, so she is just holding it up in front of her to give you an idea of darling it looks. The tutu will not be quite that full as it shows in the picture.
