Magical and beautiful! Ruffles of seductive black with a bit of silver sparkle.I knitted this out of a wonderful ribbon yarn that is acrylic with glitter on the ends. It is adjustable using the tie. Was $32. The actual neckwarmer is skinnier than the one in the picture, so we are reducing the price for you. Very cute when it's skinnier...also perfect for someone with a shorter neck, or a child or teen.
