Hand Dyed Subtle Blues Gauze Wrap

I had so much fun dyeing that night! And I love how subtle the variation of blue shades is.

This wrap is made of light blue woven non-stretchy 100% cotton gauze fabric that is light and supportive and is hand dyed by me. It has some dyeing imperfections that add to the uniqueness of the wrap and are hardly seen when worn. The wrap spreads the weight evenly over both of your shoulders (most positions), your entire back and hips thus making it very comfy even for long term babywearing. Wear your baby in the front facing in, out or sideways, laying down or sitting up, on either of your hips or on your back. It is very secure and comfy. Either way you have your both hands free and your baby enjoys being close to you and experiences with you all the things that you do when you go about your life.

Get oh so important skin to skin contact by removing both of your shirt and babies clothes. When you are done wrapping, no one can tell. Nursing in a wrap is very discrete and with some practice, could be done completely hands free and on the go.

If you are planning on carrying your little one under your coat in winter this wrap would be great for that as well.

This wrap is about 22 inches wide and about 5+ yards long. It will fit all sizes of course, but skinny short people like myself will have longer tails.
The wrap is beautiful light blue to lighter blue gradation. It will arrive serged with blue thread all around. The middle is marked with Babythebaby tag.

Safety.

Please use your common sense. While wearing your baby in this wrap, do not do things that you wouldn’t if you were holding your baby. This includes things like – cooking, handling sharp objects or hot beverages, rollerblading, horseback riding, bicycling or jogging, swimming, sky diving, etc. Do not use your wrap while sleeping or riding in the car. Be careful passing through doors or turning corners, lest you bump your precious little one’s head. With older babies be mindful of grabby little hands.
For your comfort spread the fabric over your entire back and keep it from riding your neck. For baby’s safety, spread the fabric from knee to knee and at least all the way up your baby’s upper back. Make sure baby’s bottom is on the same level or lower than her knees and that the top rail hugs baby’s shoulders snuggly.
