This necklace is to raise money for my friend's little girl, Gabriella.Gabriella was diagnosed in April with a severe and irrepairable case of Myocardial Bridging which is causing Secondary Restrictive Cardiomyopathy. She is awaiting a heart transplant. She is only 4 years old.

$5 of the proceeds will be put into a trust fund that will be used solely for expenses relating to the relocation and transplant.

* The pendents are NOT waterproof. Please remove before swimming or showering.
* Comes with a FREE 24" silver plated ball chain that can easily be snipped to your desired length.
* NOT intended for small children- due to small parts.
