Water - Sterling Silver Dendritic Moss Agate Necklace

The picture and colours within this amazing Oregon Dendritic Moss Agate stone reminded me of a stormy ocean tossing about seaweed amongst the wild waves. It inspired me to create a necklace that expands on the patterns within the stone to include a complete scene of the stormy sea.

I have handmade this necklace from sterling silver. I have soldered textured sterling silver waves and gulls to the pendant. I’ve given the silver an oxidized finish to give the pendant a dark, stormy feel. The necklace has a solid sterling silver chain and is finished with a handmade sterling silver extension chain and handmade clasp.

The pendant is 1 3/8 inch diameter (35mm), the necklace is 17 inches long and can be extended to 18 inches.

This necklace is part of the elements collection and is one of a kind.
