Description

This listing is for the materials only to create the Dumpling Bag by Sharon Dreifuss (me) and includes:
▪ All yarns needed* to create a black Dumpling with light green vine and Garnet berries as pictured (see below** for option to order in differnt colors)Please note *IMPORTANT PATTERN MODIFICATION listed below.
▪ Two dark purple ring closures as pictured (see information about choosing differnt rings)
▪ Magnetic snap (10 mm silver colored) with 2 pieces of grosgrain ribbon for mounting

The PATTERN for Dumpling is not included in THIS listing and is currently published (and only currently available) in Interweave Knits Fall '08. You need to purchase the magazine for the pattern instructions. * IMPORTANT PATTERN MODIFICATION - Pattern directions in the magazine ask you to work bag holding a double strand of worsted weight yarn. The yarn She-Knits includes in the kit is bulky weight so you will instead work pattern holding a single strand of this bulky yarn (2 strands of worsted weight yarn equals one strand of bulky weight yarn). The pictured Dumpling's on the right had their embroidery done after bag was felted for a more textured look. Pattern directions call for embroidering before felting for a more subtle look.

**If you would like to order your Dumpling Kit in a different color (no additional charge) please note that you can order the bag itself in a huge range of colors however vine colors are limited to oatmeal or, brown or green. Berries are in red only.
