Red Butterfly Original Mini Painting

Description

In 2009 I am creating one piece of artwork every day. This piece is part of that project. I have been experimenting with contrasting combinations of colours with a "Pop" flavor. Large simple compositions and bright colour. These butterfly's were inspired by Soda Pop. :)

Title: "PopFly Cranberry Ginger Ale"

This painting is 4(wide) x 6(tall) inches.
It is painted on a canvas board. The painting has been signed and titled by me on the back. It will fit easily into a standard sized frame, or you can lean it on a book shelf or display it on a little easle.

Some lines in the painting are raised and have a wonderful texture. The scan does not do it justice. The painting looks much richer in person, and has mettalic accents.

Original artwork is a great gift that will always be unique and special. I hope you find a place for it in your own collection, or perhaps this becomes the first piece to start a collection.
